Drake P3 Certification

The Drake P3 Certification will introduce participants to the Drake P3 System and how to apply its reports in hiring/selection, communication, and building high performing teams. 

It is divided into one eLearning module and two virtual modules. Attendance at all modules is required for certification. 

Drake P3 Certification Objectives

Be introduced to four behavioral traits 
Recognize how to connect behavioral tendencies to job requirements 
Gain awareness about how to read and interpret Drake P3 reports  
Practice using Drake P3 reports during the interview process and conduct more effective interviews 
Recall how to “flex” to each behavioral style

Explore four conflict styles and the connection to the behavioral traits 
Discuss how to use Drake P3 reports in various workplace situations such as improving communication, resolving conflicts, and building effective teams 
Discover team dynamics and their impact on team productivity and performance  
Complete a certification exam to demonstrate your Drake P3 competence.
